I have owned this mare for years and done everything you can do on a horse here on my ranch. We have drug calves to the fire, roped on her in the arena, used her to move cattle here on our ranch and also on our ranch in the mountains. She has been used in elk camp for years, she is super gentle and I can put dudes on her. My granddaughter is 4 years old and has grown up riding this mare. Char is broke to drive also, and have used her to slide logs. Char can be turned out for months and catch her up and ride off just like you rode her yesterday. Char is so easy to shoe, she's just like shoeing a quarter horse, no problems at all." |
